Registration and Class Absence


Registration:

• Registration can be done online, over the phone, or in-person.

• One-time registration fee of $45 (waived for a limited time)​.


Absence / Make Up Class

• There will be three makeups classes offered in each level for missed classes     [each level has 12 classes].

• No Refund or credit for missed classes.​

Course Structure 

• No prior programming experience required for most of the level 1 courses.

• Programming classes are three levels course: Level-1,  Level-2, and Level-3.

• Each Level has 12 Classes (1 one-hour class per week for 12 weeks).

Late Joining and Withdrawals


Late Joining:
• ​​Classes can be joined late while the registration is still open.
• ​​Make-up classes will be provided to cover up any missed classes.


Withdrawal/Refunds:
• ​​Withdrawal can be requested before the second class for a full refund.
• ​​After the second class, a 30-day notice is required for any cancellations.

Fees and Registration

Fee for Sr. Tech (6th-12th Grade):

• Fee for each level: $540 (12 classes)

• Fee for the entire course: $1458 (36 classes, 3 levels) - Save 10% on all three levels


​​Fee for Jr. Tech (3rd-6th Grade):

• Fee for each level: $480 (12 classes)

• Fee for the entire course: $1296 (36 classes, 3 levels) - Save 10% on all three levels  ​


Discounts, Coupons & Referrals:

​• Multiple Course Discount - 10% discount for each additional course after the first course (in the same session).
• Sibling Discount - 10% discount for each sibling
(Only one discount, either Sibling Discount or Multiple Courses Discount, will be applied)


Registration Fee: One-time registration fee of $45 (waived for a limited time)​


Referrals: Refer a camp to a friend and get $50 in credit, or refer a class to a friend and get $100 in credit! These credits can be used for any future classes or camps.​​
