Camp Details
Summer Camps are divided into the following categories:
• 2nd-6th Grade: For incoming 2nd- 6th graders.
• 6th-12th Grade: For incoming 6th - 12th graders.
• Incoming 6th graders can enroll for either 2nd-6th or 6th-12th camps.
Camp Timings:
• Half-Day Camp (Morning Session): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time
• Half-Day Camp (Afternoon Session): 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time
• Register for both morning and afternoon sessions for a full-day camp.
• AM PM Extended Care available.
Camp Location:
• 2206 Camino Ramon, San Ramon CA 94583
Pickup/Drop off :
• Students can only be dropped off 15 min before the camp start time.
• Morning camp students can be dropped off any time after 8.45AM.
• Afternoon Camps students can be dropped off any time after 12.45PM.
• Students should be picked up on time.
Lunch/Snack:
• Half-Day students bring one snack. Students attending both morning and afternoon sessions, bring one lunch and two snacks.
• No Microwave provided for food warming.
• Please do not send food with nuts because of food allergies.
• Campers are suggested not to share their food.
Campers Behavior:
Students are expected to be on good behavior and follow the instructions of teachers. The camp coach reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct is detrimental to the overall good of the camp.

Fee for Jr. Tech Camps(2nd-6th Grade):
• Half Day Camp: $299
• If registered for multiple camps or siblings: $279
• Full-day camp (register for both AM and PM camps): $558($279+$279)
Regular Price: Half Day Camp $299 || Full Day camp $598
Fee for Sr. Tech Camps (6th-12th Grade):
• Half Day Camp : $329
• If registered for multiple camps or sibling: $309
• Full-day camp (register for both AM and PM camps): $618($309+$309)
Regular Price: Half Day Camp $329 || Full Day camp $658
Extended Care:
Morning Extended Hours: 8:00AM - 9:00AM ($30 per week / $8 per day)
Afternoon Extended Hours: 4:00PM - 5:00PM ($30 per week / $8 per day)
Afternoon Extended Hours: 4:00PM - 6:00PM ($70 per week / $20 per day)
2024 Flexible Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund for any cancellations before May 1st
• A full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the camp start date.
• Within 14 days of the camp start date:
- We are waiving the change fee if the move is requested within 14 days (but more than seven days) of the camp start date [based on availability].
- No move/cancellation allowed within seven days of the camp start date.
Referrals:
• Refer a camp to a friend and get $50 in credit, or refer a class to a friend and get $100 in credit!
• These credits can be used for any future classes or camps.
